Domain registration, hosting, and third-party subscriptions may be subject to separate provider terms and renewal fees. Clients remain responsible for maintaining active subscriptions where applicable.
Kay Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, hosting providers, third-party integrations, or software platforms.
While Kay Tech applies industry best practices, no website, system, or digital platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement in accordance with agreed contractual terms and outstanding payment obligations.
